Delivery

All jewelry items are handmade. Parts are not always in stock, in which case your order will be placed just for you and delivered within 4 weeks. If your order is in stock, we will ship it within 5 to 8 business days. If your item is required urgently, please email us at info@arajwls.com and we will let you know if we can meet your required delivery date. Please note that during sales and holiday periods, delivery times may be a little slower.

Shipping costs

ARA JWLS offers shipments for delivery within Chile and internationally through Chile Express. You can choose your shipping preference, and if you have any questions about our shipping options, please contact us at info@arajwls.com

Please note that our prices do not include taxes or customs charges that you may be responsible for upon entry of your packages into your country. Please check your country's government website for more information, and ARA JWLS is not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.

Return policy

Before taking any action with a return of any nature, the customer must first send an email to info@arajwls.com
From there, we can find the best solution for your problem.

Please choose your piece carefully as we will not offer returns for 'change of mind', however we are happy to offer an exchange for size or style with the same value within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided the Item is in its original condition and packaged as received.
 
**If the item has been used we cannot offer an exchange. We cannot accept earring exchanges under any circumstances, so please choose carefully and contact us with any questions before making your purchase.

**We will not exchange or return sale items or custom parts; This includes all pieces in the "Fine Jewelry" category.

**All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.

**We will repair manufacturing defects in our jewelry free of charge within 6 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right not to repair or add a cost to products returned after the 6 month period mentioned above. We will not repair or replace items with a broken chain, chipped gemstones; general wear, or where the coating fades. The customer must still cover the shipping cost to return the item.
