By ordering and paying for an item from ARA JWLS, you are making a purchase of that item, which is subject to the following terms and conditions and availability.

We reserve the right to reject any offer made by a user. By placing an order, the user undertakes that all personal information and details are true and accurate and that the user is authorized to pay for the items subject to the order using the relevant credit/debit card and that there are sufficient funds in the corresponding account to cover the cost of the order. If any of the details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in a lost or delayed order, ARA JWLS is not responsible for any losses incurred by the user.
